Refunds
Three very simple rules
100 % More than 90 days before arrival
Full refund of the amount paid.
50 % Between 90 and 45 days before arrival
50 % refund of the total.
0 % Less than 45 days before check-in
No refund applies.
Security deposit
A refundable $3,000 USD deposit is required at check-in. It is returned in full after check-out provided the property is left in good condition.
Payment methods
We accept all cards and can send you a payment link for your convenience.
Minimum stay
Minimum 3 nights in low season (1 May – 19 December), 4 for the rest of the year and 7 over Christmas and New Year (20 Dec – 5 Jan). If your stay spans more than one season, the highest minimum applies.
Taxes
Rates do not include taxes: 6 % lodging + 16 % government (22 % total).
